Desalting Development Projects Project: Desalting Development Projects Client: National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) Owner: National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) Location: Khuzestan, Iran Services: Managing Consultant and Technical Support Services National Iranian South Oil Company is the client of many desalting projects in Khuzestan province, IRAN. These desalting plants are mostly located in below areas: 1) Ahwaz 2) Lab Safid 3) Haft-kel 4) Maroun 5) Agha Jari 6) Gachsaran These various projects are in different stages and are being performed by different contractors. In order to manage these contractors, National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) has awarded Tehran Raymand Consulting Engineers as the Managing Consultants for all these projects. Tehran Raymand office in Khuzestan is in charge of performing this project under the supervision of Tehran headquarters. The scope of managing consultants in these projects are as follow: 1) Review of basic engineering design and FEED packages. 2) Preparation and review of detail engineering scope of work for EPC, EP, PC and C projects. 3) Project Planning and Control Services 4) Cost Control Services 5) Review and Control of all engineering activities 6) Procurement Engineering Services 7) Site Supervision 8) QA/QC services 9) HSE management 10) Supervision on Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities
