The IDRO/OIEC/IOEC Consortium has been contracted by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) to conduct the EPCC for South Pars Phases 17&18 project. This project includes offshore facilities, platform and undersea pipelines, and Onshore Facilities for the processing of the reservoir fluid.
Worley Parson Pty Ltd has in turn been contracted by the IDR/OIEC Consortium to conduct the Basic Engineering and FEED for South Pars 17&18 for the onshore facilities.
The South Pars Phases 17&18 Project offshore work-scope is being carried out by a separate Offshore Consultant. Worley Parsons will said, identify and coordinate deliverables to manage the physical interfaces between the Onshore and Offshore Design Consultants.
Tehran Raymand Consulting Engineers has been contracted by PNJ to perform the detail design of some units of South Pars Phases 17&18 for the onshore facilities as described description
