Lab Sefid Gas Gathering and Injection Project: Lab Sefid Gas Gathering and Injection Client: National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) Owner: National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) Location: Dezful, Iran Services: Conceptual Study and Basic Engineering Preparation of FEED Package Lab Sefid Gas Gathering and Injection Project is defined by National Iranian South Oil Company to prevent flaring of associated gas from Lab Sefid Production Unit which is located 50 km, north east of Dezful. By commissioning this project, the existing Lab Sefid Production Unit will be extended and the following units/pipeline will be added: -Sweetening Unit -Sweetening 17000 Standard Barrel per Day of sour Lab sefid / Palangan crude oil -Gas Compression & Injection Unit Released gas from Labsefid Production Unit will be compressed in different stages after gathering and finally injected to Labsefid well no.7. The maximum required injection rate is 27000 MMSCFD. According to the fact that the amount of Labsefid oil field associated gas is less than that required for injection to Labsefid well no.7, Bangestan gas from well no.5 will be used as a supplementary source. -Pipeline facilities Gas Transferring Pipeline: For transferring Bangestan gas from well no.5 to production unit which is approximately 5.5 Km away. Injection Pipeline: For transferring compressed gas from Compression Unit to Labsefid well no.7 which is approximately 6 Km away. -Facilities Instrument/Plant Air Fuel Oil/Gas System Closed Drain System Flaring System Fire/Potable/Service Water Network Waste Water Treatment Chemical Injection
