A) NGL-2300 (Ahwaz)

The purpose of NGL-2300 plant is to maximize the C2+ recovery. The feed gas for this plant is provided from:

  1. Separated gas from 1st stage of Maroon-Khami plant (156 MMSCFD)
  2. Gas condensate stabilization units of Maroon-Khami plant (18 MMSCFD)
  3. Produced gas from Maroon-5 production unit (82 MMSCFD)

Recovered C2+ condensates in this plant are transferred to CFU-200 separation unit in Mahshahr and produced sweet gas is injected to Maroon oil field.

This plant consists of following units:

  • LP gas compression unit
  • Gas sweetening unit
  • Gas dehydration unit
  • Acid gas compression unit
  • C2+ recovery unit
  • C2+ purification unit
  • Utilities
  • Pipelines (C2+ condensates, Sweet Gas and Acid Gas)

B) CFU-200 C2+ Separation plant (Bandar Maah-Shahr)

C2+ from NGL 2300 (Above), NGL 1700, 1900 & 2000 is gathered in CFU-200 plant. In this plant Ethane, Propane, Butane and C5+ will be recovered and stored/transferred. This plant includes below units:

  • De-Ethanizer
  • De-Propanizer
  • De-Butanizer
  • Storage Tanks (for Propane, Butane and C5+)
  • Transfer Pumps
  • Utilities
